As part of the ritual, remove the large stones and place them around the candle on a plate. Save the crystals, they're valuable! The vessel can be reused. Rinse with very hot soapy water and remove wick.
WARNING: Always burn candles until the wax pools to the edge of the glass, usually two or three hours. This is to avoid tunneling, do this especially for the first burn so the wax on the sides of the glass is not wasted. It’s best to burn candles no longer than 5 hours each lighting. In between lights, pinch/clip the top of the wick for a clean next burn. Set candles on a heat proof surface like wood or metal away from an air draft and things that catch fire, and kids and animals.
